Recently I’ve been reading Maria Balshaw and Liam Kennedie’s “Urban Space and Representation” (2000, London, Pluto Press) and would like to remember the following quote:

I stumbled over this forum thread on which some guys discussed the playfull technique to draw with light. All you need to do is to set your camera to a very long exposure time and “draw” with a light source, such as a flash light, in front of it.
Well, other people had the same idea.

Langsam geht meine Reise dem Ende zu, daher habe ich mir vorgenommen doch auch etwas entspannendes zu machen. Nachdem ich mir in den letzten Tagen das entspannend ruhige und mystyisch schoene Hampi angesehen habe werde ich morgen frueh zu einem Strandort namens Gorkana aufbrechen. Dort soll es etwas weiter suedlich einen Strand mit ein paar Bambushuetten und wenigen Restaurants geben. Wie es scheint werde ich dann dort auch Sylvester verbringen.
Da es auf dem Strand eher keinen Strom und Internet geben wird, werde ich wohl nicht mehr viel von mir hoeren lassen. Daher schon einmal, FROHES NEUES!
